dvd authoring
At one time the humble VHS tape was the most commonly available viewing medium for corporate programs, training modules and other audio-visual presentations. DVD has now assumed that mantle, offering vastly improved picture quality and sound plus the benefits of interactive navigation.
2312 create DVDs for both PAL & NTSC systems. We have a wide experience with everything from simple ‘push-and-play’ discs through to complex hybrid titles that contain high-quality video for set-top players and interactive programs for PC use.
but can’t I do it myself?
Yes you can, and you probably already have at least one consumer level (or ‘lite’) DVD authoring package – they come bundled with all manner of hardware. Whilst these consumer orientated products are suitable for the creation of simple ‘push-and-play’ programs, their easy-to-use wizard/template interfaces preclude the author from getting ‘under the bonnet’, and this prevents the creation of more complex episodic projects such as training packages, product catalogues and quizzes. For these one needs a professional authoring tool and a detailed understanding of the DVD specifications (with all it's delightful wrinkles & limitations).
